These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Focal, our photography Framer template, website, and related services (the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services.
3. License to Use the Template
License granted:
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Focal template as described on the product page.
Permitted use:
You may customize the template for your own site or a client project.
Restrictions:
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim the template as your own original design. Do not remove or alter attribution or licensing notices unless your license tier explicitly allows it.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we don't store your full payment details.
5. Delivery
After purchase, you'll receive access instructions (typically a link to duplicate the Framer project) by email. If access doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact support.
6. Refunds
Because Focal is a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you run into a technical issue that prevents access or use, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you on a fix or resolution.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Focal template and related materials. Your purchase grants usage rights only, not ownership of the design itself.
8. User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content to us (e.g., in support requests), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to improve the Services.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes
Attempt to bypass payment or licensing mechanisms
Redistribute or resell the template without authorization
Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services
